Rumours: N-Strike Elite Incinerator

Our man Jason did some more research into some of the new rumoured N-Strike Elite gear and came across AB Gee, a UK toy distributor site with some interesting finds.. We're going to speculate here and suggest the 'Incinerator' is the new Elite Nite Finder given it's name... but your guess is as good as ours. RRP of some of the new blasters as per the AB Gee site:

Triad (listed as Elite Jolt)- £3.99
Incinerator- £8.99
Strongarm- £ 10.99
Stryfe- £19.99

  1. Man, the incinerator just makes me think of a flamethrower... if only

    1. Full auto glow in the dark darts? That'd kinda be a flamethrower.

  2. Fill super soaker with rubbing alcohol, buy blowtorch... oh wait, nvm. ;)

  3. Anyone remember that image of the jolt in the elite tac vest? That might me the elite jolt instead of the triad. They look too different to be the same.

  4. Pocket, if I remember correctly (well, I have a picture), the Elite NiteFinder-esque blaster is going to be called the Firestrike. http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120715215330/nerf/images/1/17/Firestrike(elite).jpg
And looking at it again, zoomed in as it is, I realize that it's not actually a NiteFinder reshell! Look at the prime handle, the dart holders, and the proportions again, as well as what looks like a rev-up trigger below the first, there are quite a few differences! (Though I think it's a reasonable conclusion that the rev trigger is for the light beam - no flywheels, obviously.)

  5. i agree with blue fire that it should be called firestrike so that begs the question what blaster could this be that is only 8.99$, the only thing i have ever known to be around that price is the nitefinder. the cheaper blasters like the jolt are around 3$ and everything else is usually 10$, 15$, 20$, 30$, 40$, 50$ and 60$. most of these are between the 15 and 25 ish range because those were mostly recon clones.

    1. Makes sense, too... I wonder whether we're potentially looking at an Elite-level Scout IX-3 replacement. That's the only thing I can think of that would fit in that price range, besides the Strongarm and Firestrike. But that price seems too expensive for a light IX- or EX-class sidearm, too... and Incinerator isn't the kind of name you give just anything (i.e.; Scout) - it isn't a generic blaster name, it sounds like it has a purpose. I wonder... perhaps there's an entry-level clip-loader? *shrug*

  6. Hold up... The Traid and the Elite Jolt might be different blasters...

Elite Jolt, note the new muzzel:

The Elite Jolt looks similar to the one in the tact. vest on the boxart (Again, it has a single barrel and not a triple barrel, it also does not say "TRAID" on the side)

    And then there's the Traid.

So there's a Traid AND an elite Jolt? The jolt seems legit, just that it does not have the elite logo...

  8. Both the UK and the US speak English, so how could this gun's name be a mistranslation? And about the Incinerator, my suggestion is a Super Soaker that sprays water that GLOWS.
